Desi (Volumetric) Calculator
Desi is a parcel's volume expressed for shipping charges. Formula: Desi = (Width × Length × Height) ÷ 3000 (dimensions in cm). Shipping is charged on the greater of the desi and the actual weight (kg).

Worked example
For a 40 × 30 × 25 cm parcel: (40 × 30 × 25) ÷ 3000 = 30,000 ÷ 3000 = 10 desi. If the parcel weighs 6 kg, the chargeable value is max(10, 6) = 10 desi.
